(1.1) Administrative & financial management (M1-36, GARR) The task will perform the administrative, financial and overall management of the consortium. This activity will be responsible for the delivery of financial/administrative documents and periodical reports and to implement QA measures. It will include the daily management of the project, the communication amongst the consortium, and the resolution of possible issues, and define, monitor and update risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in collaboration with T1.2.
