a) Perform the technical and financial project management and ensure the efficient coordination of the consortium,
(b) Ensure the relevance, quality and timeliness of the project outputs, the monitoring of the works and results, and the implementation of corrective measures if needed.
(c) Perform a risk management & resolution plan
(d) Define and update DMP for the project
Beskrivning av WP eller task
T1.1 Administrative & financial management (M1-36, GARR) The task will perform the administrative, financial and overall management of the consortium. This activity will be responsible for the delivery of financial/administrative documents and periodical reports and to implement QA measures. It will include the daily management of the project, the communication amongst the consortium, and the resolution of possible issues, and define, monitor and update risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in collaboration withT1.2.
T1.2 Technical & scientific coordination (M1-36, GARR) This task will be responsible for the overall technical coordination, the timely achievement of milestones and the delivery of the project outputs, and the assessment, monitoring and mitigation/resolution of deviations from the work plan. The task includes 2 subtasks:
* T1.2.1 Technical coordination, performed by the Technical Manager and a Technical board including the WP leaders, and
- T1.2.2 Consortium Virtual Round-tables (VRTs). The latter subtask, coordinated by TU-Wien, includes the organisation of at least 2 interactive virtual round-tables (VRTs) in order to provide strategic alignment with the project partners, with the objective to identify and address potential gaps in the existing workflows and to enhance alignments, especially in knowledge and experience.
T1.3 Project Data management plan (M1-36, TU-Wien) A Data Management Plan (DMP) will be delivered in M4 and kept updated as a living document. The DMP addresses the relevant aspects of the management of data and other outputs produced by the project according to the principles outilined in the Embedding Open Science in the Skills4EOSC Methodology section.
