(1.2) Technical & scientific coordination (M1-36, GARR) This task will be responsible for the overall technical coordination, the timely achievement of milestones and the delivery of the project outputs, and the assessment, monitoring and mitigation/resolution of deviations from the work plan. The task includes 2 subtasks:
- (1.2.1) Technical coordination, performed by the Technical Manager and a Technical board including the WP leaders, and
- (1.2.2) Consortium Virtual Round-tables (VRTs). The latter subtask, coordinated by TU-Wien, includes the organisation of at least 2 interactive virtual round-tables (VRTs) in order to provide strategic alignment with the project partners, with the objective to identify and address potential gaps in the existing workflows and to enhance alignments, especially in knowledge and experience.
